Just wanted to let you know that there is a new UPdate for the Hog 3. V3.0.0 Release (Build 2417) and a fixture library updat that can be downloaded by clicking HERE.
V3 has a couple different changes, so I would recommend reading the Release Note, available HERE. Trust me its worth the read

At the recent Production team meeting I told you that we are going to begin weekly pre-production meetings via the web for anyone who is scheduled to serve for that weekend. I believe that this will help us, as a team, to be as prepared as possible going into the weekend. Below is a short video tutorial describing how to connect to the meeting system.
TIP:If your are viewing this page in a 15″ screen or smaller, press F11 (full screen or kiosk mode) after the video opens on a new window (Only for Windows users). Mac browsers (Safary & Firefox) don’t have a fullscreen/kiosk mode by default but you should be able to find add-on applications to do that for you.
This past weekend Flamingo Road Church was awesome! Pastor Ricky and Pastor Vaughn led us in some amazing worship and Pastor Troy delivered, as always, a message that was encouraging, challenging, and relevant! You may have noticed that we went interactive this weekend. We challenged those in the audience to participate with Pastor Troy via text message. The “conversation” was displayed on the center screen, in real time, using the same technology that CNN uses for live polling. Now that’s Just cool!
I want to thank all you guys for who served last weekend for doing such a great job! I also want to specifically thank Richard, this weekend was Richard’s first weekend Directing and he did awesome! Way to go Rich!
I want to take a minute to thank all those who came last night to the production team meeting. I think that we got a lot of things accomplished last night, not to mention the devouring all the pizza and almost all the soda. Seriously though, I think the most important thing we accomplished last night was spending time refocusing on our purpose as a team and our why we do what we do. People’s lives are being changed for eternity as a result of what you do. God has invited you and equipped you to serve him; It’s no coincidence that you wound up serving in this ministry. I love you guys and it’s my honor to do ministry with you.
Remember, always be preparing for tomorrow because you can’t prepare for today once it’s here.
Today was pretty cool. This week was the last weekend of the My Naked Church.com series at FRC. So you know what that means?…. Set change. After our last service on Sunday, we called in the team and broke down the set. There was a good amount of stuff on that stage, mostly lighting, heehee! But with the great team that we have we were able to remove it all down pretty fast I must say, I was very surprised. Unfortunately I have no pictures to share of today’s work, sorry, its hard to orchestrate a big change like this and take pictures. After we cleaned the stage off everything, we began to bring out the new set which had been sitting in our back stage area for some time. Its a BIG set and I am really excited to finally use it. We were able to put up one of the heavier sides. And it was all possible through team work. We really had fun working today. And I believe I speak for all who were there, we had a couple of scary moments. You’ll see what I mean when you see the set, and then wonder how the heck we did it. I will try to get some pics in the coming days as the set is still not completed.
